Paris Marathon 2011
10-04-2011
If you miss out on a place in the 2011 London Marathon, why not take part in another of the world’s classic marathons?
This a great opportunity to run in one of Europe’s classic cities. The route takes you along the historic river Seine and by world famous sites such as the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumph and the Louvre. Not only a real personal challenge – but, of course, the opportunity to indulge in some good food, good wine with some traditional sight seeing!
Travelling by road, this two day trip will depart on Saturday April 9th. We aim to arrive in Paris by around lunchtime, giving you time to explore this classic European city. There’s obviously plenty to see and do in the city – and we’ll be enjoying a great pre-marathon dinner in the evening - before leaving the delights of the city to the non-runners!
The cost of the weekend is £199 per person, subject to sharing a double or twin room.
