Race Management Service

Our race management service includes everything required to promote and manage a successful race including comprehensive marketing support, a robust race plan and meeting extensive risk assessment and health and safety requirements. We liaise with all the relevant authorities to secure the appropriate permissions and licenses.

Both Cathy and Martin are experienced runners and understand the needs of both runners and race organisers. We try to use that experience to make each and every event we do as enjoyable as possible for runners, their supporters and spectators.

Our race management service includes:

• Managing and promoting the race including providing race entry form flyers, promotion via our website. We can also provide a dedicated race website.

• All race entry management including processing of postal entries, managing online entries, managing race entry enquiries by phone, email and via the websites.

• Printing and despatch of all race instruction packs and numbers to participants

• All liaison with race authorities - permits etc - and local authorities, police, St John Ambulance etc

• Provision of a race plan, health and safety plan and risk assessment

• Provision of race director, course director and key sector marshals

• Full marshal briefing

• Provision of a race budget and regular updates to a nominated contact(s)

• All race correspondence with participants before and after the race including a fast results service - we usually send out free results via email to all runners within hours of the finish

In other words we can do everything needed to stage a successful race so that the only additional input we require is the provision of marshals on the day.

Our race management is flexible and can adapt to different ways of working if required.
