This course is a simple out and back route along the promenade in Clacton-on-Sea. The route is flat, so should make for some fast 5k times!
First Aid St John Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance.
Points scored in each race count towards overall Series prizes (the first 100 male and female finishers in each race score points), with the best three races to count towards the final series results.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
The race starts and finishes at Greensward Cafe. There should be parking available on the roads surrounding the seafront, but please take note of any parking charges or restrictions that may be in force.
The cafe is around a 1 mile walk or cycle from Clacton-on-Sea railway station, plus there are local bus services that can take you from the station to Martello Inn, which is just a short walk from the race start.
