The third staging of The Twilight Ultra takes place at the Redbridge Cycle Centre in east London after another successful year in 2016. The secure, traffic free undulating tarmac route sees runners covering laps of the cycle circuit and finishing on what will, hopefully, be a balmy summers evening. With good parking and spectating facilities, the event features a choice of three distances with start times varying according to the distance you select. Aim high and select the ultra distance and you can always step down to a shorter distance.
50k starts at 10.00 am; Marathon starts at 2.00 pm; Half Marathon starts at 5.00 pm Cut off for all races 9.00 pm.

First Aid St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
We will notify runners when they are on their last laps.
The Race Headquarters will be located at the main reception. The start of each race varies depending on the distance covered. All runners will be walked to their start prior to each race. Runners of later distances should be aware that the other distances will still be running at this time.
The finish will be located adjacent to the race HQ. Parking is available at the main car park which is clearly signposted upon entry.
The closest tube station is Fairlop which is approximately 1.5 miles from the Race HQ.
