The I Can Run Ipswich Spring 5k features an undulating two lap course in Christchurch Park. Runners of all standards are welcome, including beginners, and there will be a medal and finish line goodies for all finishers.
Also includes a 2.5k fun run.
There will be prizes for race winners and winners of vet categories, plus team prizes.

The Course The I Can Run Ipswich 5k comprises a two-lap, undulating course using the paths around Christchurch Park. The route will be marked with directional route arrows and marshalled to provide additional assistance.
First Aid St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep runner following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your timing chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre, but please allow time for these to be manually processed. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.

The Westerfield Road entrance is nearest to the Race HQ and start line, which is at Westerfield Gate.
There is nearby on street parking, plus other parking available at Crown Car Park and at a car park off William Street (at the southern end of the park).
For those travelling by public transport, the nearest railway station is Ipswich, which is approximately 1.5 miles away from the Westerfield Road entrance to Christchurch Park. Runners can also use the number 12, 13, 14 or 800 bus service from the railway station to Ipswich Library, which is a 0.5 mile walk away from the race start.
