This is a three lap course along the paths within Regent's Park. Relatively flat and fast, this is a good course to attempt a PB. The start and finish will be close to The Hub - the nearest Underground station is Baker Street. Runners should be aware that Regent's Park is a public space and there will be other park users on the paths on the day, including dog walkers, cyclists and other runners.
St John Ambulance or another medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Race Start: The Hub, Regents Park, London, NW1 4RU
The closest Underground station to the start/finish area is Baker Street, which is served by the Jubilee, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. There is some parking available on the roads surrounding the park, but runners should be alert to any parking restrictions and parking payments that may be required.
