Plus The Mid Sussex Fun Run for families.
All three races are held under UKA Rules.
Medals to all finishers plus finish line goodies - and there will be other events, attractions and entertainment throughout the weekend at all three races.

You might not want to rush this race! A gloriously scenic race using an undulating trail and pathway course in and around the stunning Mid Sussex countryside around East Grinstead, using mainly traffic free routes. Would suit runners of all standards including those new to 10 mile races. Times in this race count towards overall series prizes for those completing all 26.2 miles over the three races (results are calculated by cumulative time over the three events).
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Presentations will take place approximately 45 minutes after the first finisher.
Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
