Important race update
Due to the government announcement on Monday 14th June, that Covid restrictions must remain in place for at least four more weeks, this event will now adopt our Covid 19 race protocols. All entrants will be emailed with details of the protocols that have been put in place. The main affect of these is the need for rolling or wave starts and we will, therefore be operating open start lines.
Full details will be emailed to you but you can view our Covid protocols here.
A copy of our Participants Code of Conduct can be viewed here.
A copy of our Spectators Code of Conduct can be viewed here.
Baggage Drop Off
The route is an out and back pan handle route around the lanes of Iwade.
A course map will be available shortly.
St John's Ambulance or similar will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
