The Course
The race follows a two lap course allowing us to offer a 5k option. The run uses a challenging, off road route in and around Capstone Farm Country Park, providing for some stunning views.

You can view the course map here.

First Aid
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
