Show your support for Orchid's Male Cancer Awareness Week and join hundreds of runners for a beautiful run along the River Thames.
Starting and finishing at Paternoster Square outside of St Paul's Cathedral the race will take in the glorious evening views of London's most iconic landmarks including the Houses of Parliament and the Tower of London.
All entries will recieve a medal plus a selection of goodies at the end.
Baggage Drop Off
The 10k course is accurately measured two lap route covering the pavements along the River Thames taking in London's iconic landmarks including the South Bank, Embankment and the Millenium Bridge.
The 5k route will cover one lap.
St John's Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
Getting there on foot and by bicycle
Paternoster Square is accessible by both foot and cycle. The start and finish of the race is at Paternoster Square close to St Paul's Cathedral. If you choose to cycle to the event you can leave your cycles with us at the race registration area whilst you run.
Getting there by bus
There are number of buses that travel to St Paul's. Visit the TFL website for closest bus stops.
Getting there by train
The closest tube station to Paternoster Square is St Paul's which is located on the Central Line.
