Sofa to 5k Challenge
A new year’s resolution for our complete beginners! Get prepared for your first ever 5k in this sofa to 5k challenge. There’s no better time than January to try for something new. We’re offering a bespoke medal for those that complete a virtual 5k over the course of the month. You can run, jog or walk this challenge – set your own limits, push yourself but ultimately enjoy being outside and active!
100 mile Challenge
Clock 100 miles across the month to complete our joint furthest ever challenge! Whilst achieving this feat in one go is improbable – you’ll have to plan yourself how you want to tackle this. 3.3 miles every day or 4 marathons in the month? Do it alone or run with a different person every time. Plan ahead and make it your own this New Year!

What to do next?
It's easy to take part, once you have booked, we will send you a step-by-step guide.
Simply enter the Challenge and we’ll send you a logbook to record your distance. Then return the completed logbook to us by email at the end of the Challenge and we’ll send you your exclusive New Year’s Challenge medal. Alternatively, you can send us traces or screenshots from your favourite fitness device. If you complete the Challenge using indoor sessions, then just take a quick snap of the treadmill displays.
What is a virtual?
This is a virtual challenge, which means you can take part anywhere in the world, in your own time and at your own pace. This also includes treadmill run / walks and indoor turbo cycles. You can run, walk or cycle!
