The Nice Work New Year's Resolution Challenge

Want to smash your fitness goals in 2022?
This is the perfect challenge to keep you on track, focused and motivated throughout January.
Choose one of three distances: 22km, 50km & 100km depending on your personal goals for the month.
Just getting started? 22km is slightly over 5k each week, by no means easy if you’re brand new to running but certainly achievable. Use this challenge to springboard yourself into a year of setting new PB’s each week.
Looking for a bit more? 50km is the perfect middle ground for those casual runners looking to take the plunge. For this distance, you’ll likely have to get out 7 or 8 times in the month as a minimum.
Taking it to the extreme? 100km in one month is a staggering amount. It’s an average of 3km a day, 25km a week. You’ll have to work hard, there’s no doubt. But then again, we all love to push ourselves, don’t we?
After signing up to the challenge we’ll send you the logbook to keep track of your miles. Once you’ve finished, submit your logbook through our link.
We’ll create a leaderboard with prizes for those who have gone the furthest.

How do I take part?
Simply enter the virtual event and we’ll send you a welcome email with details of how you submit your results. Over race period, keep track of your km’s using our logbook. Once complete, email it to us along with evidence and your epic finishers selfie and we will feature you in the selfie gallery! 
If you don’t have an activity tracking device you can still take part, just email your finishing logbook to us and you will still get your medal.
