Points are awarded for all eligible Nice Work-owned races booked directly through our website. Partner events are excluded. Look out for the Nice Work banner or check the event listing to confirm eligibility. Bulk purchases and Nice Work Passport are excluded from this offer.
Yes. You must be logged in with your Nice Work account at the time of booking. Guest checkout does not earn points.
Once you have earned at least 1,000 points, you can redeem them for a gift card via your Nice Work account. The gift card can be used toward future race entries or merchandise.
Points currently do not have an expiration date. However, Nice Work reserves the right to review this in the future. We recommend using your points within 12 months of earning them to make the most of the programme.
No. Loyalty points are non-transferable and are linked to your personal account.
Yes. Gift cards can only be used for Nice Work events, Partner events and Merchandise purchased through our official website.
If you cancel a race purchased with a gift card or discounted with points, your refund will be based on the amount paid out-of-pocket. Loyalty points used are not automatically reissued and will be forfeited depending on the cancellation policy.
Yes. Nice Work reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email and on our website.
