1. How do I join the loyalty programme?

You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty programme when you create an account and book a race directly through the Nice Work website. Entries made as a guest, passport member or through external platforms will not earn points.

2. How do I earn points?
  • You earn a set number of points based on the distance of the race (e.g., 100 points for a 10K).
3. What’s the value of the points I earn?
  • 1 point = £0.01 (100 points = £1)

The value depends on the model applied to your race entry (which may vary depending on the event type or promotion).

4. Can I earn points on all races?

Points are awarded for all eligible Nice Work-owned races booked directly through our website. Partner events are excluded. Look out for the Nice Work banner or check the event listing to confirm eligibility. Bulk purchases and Nice Work Passport are excluded from this offer.

5. Do I need a Nice Work account to earn points?

Yes. You must be logged in with your Nice Work account at the time of booking. Guest checkout does not earn points.

6. How do I redeem my points?

Once you have earned at least 1,000 points, you can redeem them for a gift card via your Nice Work account. The gift card can be used toward future race entries or merchandise.

7. Do points expire?

Points currently do not have an expiration date. However, Nice Work reserves the right to review this in the future. We recommend using your points within 12 months of earning them to make the most of the programme.

8. Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Loyalty points are non-transferable and are linked to your personal account.

9. Can I use my gift card on partner events and merchandise?

Yes. Gift cards can only be used for Nice Work events, Partner events and Merchandise purchased through our official website.

10. What happens if I cancel a race I booked with points?

If you cancel a race purchased with a gift card or discounted with points, your refund will be based on the amount paid out-of-pocket. Loyalty points used are not automatically reissued and will be forfeited depending on the cancellation policy.

11. Can the programme change or be withdrawn?

Yes. Nice Work reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email and on our website.

Terms and Conditions

  • Account Requirement: Participants must have a Nice Work account to earn loyalty points. Entries made as a guest or passport member will not accrue points.
  • Booking Platform: Points are only awarded for races booked directly through the Nice Work website. Entries via external booking sites are ineligible.
  • Eligibility Date: Points are valid only for events booked on or after (launch date).
  • Minimum Redemption Threshold: A minimum of 1,000 points is required before points can be exchanged for rewards.
  • Redemption Process: Points must be exchanged to receive rewards, such as gift cards or discounts.
  • Usage of Rewards: Gift cards and discounts can be used on any race entry and all merchandise available on the Nice Work website, excluding McA Events
  • Monetary Value: Loyalty points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
  • Transferability: Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to other individuals.
  • Programme Modification: Nice Work reserves the right to modify or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
