Event Overview:
If your New Year's resolution is to get yourself race-fit, then why not join us in the picturesque forest of Sherwood Pines, for the Sherwood New Year 10k and 5k?Great for seasoned pros or total newbies and the route's gorgeous greenery is sure to motivate any runner to the finish.

Course Overview:
The routes follow a scenic course within Sherwood Pines.  This is a looped course which spans through the naturally undulating trails within the forest. Once part of the ancient Sherwood Forest, the park is the largest of its kind in the East Midlands.  Throughout the race, runners will make their way along dirt tracks flanked by the towering woodland. It's a real treat!

The 10k course is a two lap route whilst those running a 5k race will complete only one lap.
