The East Peckham 10k

Join us for this return of this race along the quiet lane around East Peckham. Organised on behalf of the Paddock Wood & District Lions Club the event will be looking to help support local charities.

Using the fast & flat lanes surrounding the village it is set to be one of fastest courses with genuine PB potential.

The Course
The course takes place in and around the quiet country lanes on the outskirts of East Peckham village and is primarily flat with no noticeable hills. The Start will be on the Playing Fields. Although the race is on quiet lanes, it is not traffic free and you should be aware of the likelihood of traffic. The course will have been inspected for hazards prior to the race but runners are asked to exercise the usual caution when running.

There will be a drinks station on the course, situated approximately at the half-way point. There will also be water available at the Finish area.

First Aid
St John Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
