The Refund your Run promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Nice Work, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.
The promotion applies only to entries made directly via the Nice Work website ( www.nice-work.org.uk). Entries made via third party booking platforms are excluded.
Paspport membership entries (including free race entries redeemed as part of Passport membership) are eligible to be included in the promotion.
Participants must have a valid registration for a race booked through the Nice Work website during the Promotional Period.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion begins at 12 midnight 1st January 2026 and ends at 11:59 31st January 2026.
Any entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
Automatic Entry: Participants who successfully register and pay the full entry fee for any race booked through via the official website www.nice-work.org.uk during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered.
Free entries: Free entries can be made via post. Send your name, date of birth, email address and home address to: Office 3, Rye Wharf, Harbour Road, Rye, TN31 7TE.
The prize consists of a 100% refund of the individual race entry fee paid at the time of registration.
The refund applies only to the base entry fee. It does not include processing fees, optional merchandise, charity donations, or travel insurance.
Where a race series is purchased, the refund will apply to one entry fee.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
Prize for postal entries will consist of £30 race credit for Nice Work owned races to be redeemed within 12 months of notification. The alternative value reflects the average entry value across Nice Work owned races.
Where a winning entry was made using a Passport membership or any other entitlement that does not involve payment of an individual race entry, no cash refund will be issued. Instead, the winner will receive £30 race credit for Nice Work owned races, to be redeemed within 12 months of notification.
Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a computer-generated randomiser. There will be a total of 7 winning entries.
Draw Frequency: Draws will take place every Wednesday during the campaign and on 4th February 2026.
Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration within 48 hours of the draw.
Claiming the Prize: If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Nice Work reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
Free entries will receive £30 race credit for any Nice Work owned race, to be redeemed within 12 months of notification.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your online statement after the refund has been issued.
By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness (e.g., first name and city) for promotional purposes on Nice Work’s social media and website, unless prohibited by law.
Nice Work reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation (GDPR).
