This remarkable race sees runners take to the tarmac around the pretty country lanes surrounding Westwell and it's easy to see why this extraordinary 10k has captured the hearts of so many runners. From humble beginnings, the Ashford & District Girlings 10k has graced local racing calendars for over 35 editions and continues to welcome runners of all abilities, promising a 10k fizzing with race day adrenaline and next level excitement.

The Ashford & District Girlings 10k is proud to support two wonderful charities: Pilgrims Hospices and Holding On, Letting Go
Pilgrims is East Kent's largest hospice charity, helping people facing incurable illness to live well in every moment. They offer support with expert care and guidance every step of the way. Your entry helps to ensure that they can deliver this extraordinary care and continue to make a difference throughout their community.
Holding On, Letting Go is a charity that supports bereaved children and young people across Kent and South East London. They help them to hold onto precious memories and let fo of the sad one before and after a bereavement.
