Traditionally held in the autumn, this hugely popular race is enjoying a summer revival following your fantastic feedback. Now you can experience the beauty of Cannock Chase Forest in dappled sunshine and with refreshing summer brieeze as you chase between the trees.
While the route offers a rewarding challenge, it's suitable for runners of all abilities, from first-time trail runners to experienced athletes, and is ideal for those following an ongoing training plan. Set against a backdrop of stunning woodland and growing in popularity year after year, it's no surprise that this event has become a firm favourite on the racing calendar.

Race HQ and Start: Located just off Penkridge Bank Road, within Cannock Chase.
Please note that the race HQ is not located at the Main GoApe Visitor Centre.
By Car: The race is best accessed by car and there will be parking on site at Takeroo.
Please follow signs to the designated car park.
The area is also accessible by bicycle.
