Running for a Cause
The Dry January® 10k is brought to you by the charity Alcohol Change UK. Your involvement will support their mission for a world free from the harm caused by alcohol. They're not anti-alcohol, they're for alcohol change. They're for a future in which people drink as a conscious choice, not a default. In the UK, one person every hour dies as a result of alcohol. Alcohol harm - mental health problems, liver disease, one of seven forms of cancer, economic difficulties and so much more - can affect any one of us, from any walk of life. But, alcohol harm is not inevitable and Alcohol Change UK work to reduce alcohol harm across the UK.
