For a low cost event the all important ;-) medal was really good, the water & biscuits supplied plentiful and the team were really friendly. Thank you for a great event.

Great close facilities, I need (if possible) to use disabled facilities near to the start to empty my stoma bag and they were available virtually on the start line.

Great race and well organised

Friendly & helpful registration. Great location, good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend. Good marshalls. If i had the time / availability to do the 3 races i would, that's how much i liked the 10k...

Having a marshall at 3k was really good to see a friendly face half way along that long stretch. Posting the age winners prizes was an excellent idea. Having water at half way mark is excellent and many races are not doing this now to save money. so well done. You may want to consider more promotion of the event to clubs (with a discount). Promote nearby accommodation so runners may come further afield and visit Rye at the same time

All three races in this series were well organised with easy parking. Not inclusive for slower or beginner runners. The 5km had completed the presentation and cars were leaving the car park whilst I was running back along the road. It felt like I was an inconvenience that had to be waited for.
