A great route for a 10 mile run.
A very enjoyable run, very well organised and a bonus viewing some great countryside.

Superb, challenging 10k with great organisatin
I was a bit confused about the start location and, indeed, the start time. Some marshalls also appeared unsure. Having heard it announced that 10k to start at 10.10, I went off on another warm up and barely made it to the line
by 10.07 when the start was called!
Some more signposting around the Race HQ would have helped. Otherwise all good on the course. Great marshalling and good support, really enjoyed it (despite hills).
Keiron Harrold
Brilliantly run and very well marshalled.
Just adding again how great the Marshalls were. Plenty of them at each turn and very encouraging. Brilliant event. Looking forward to chasing my time next year.

Beautiful scenic run but extremely hilly!
Loved it all and was a tough one for me returning to running but a good challenge. Lots of positives but my favourite bit was that when I finished (I was one of the last ones of the 10 miler!) there was a sea of red clapping us in even though most people had left (totally understandable!). This was very warming and meant a lot to me as felt valued so thank you so much for being so inclusive.

The biggest hills ever.
Difficult course with some huge hills that seemed to never end. Having a huge hills at the 9k mark was just mean, very satisfying to finish tho
Kerstin Cresswell
The hills are killers but the atmosphere made up for them.
I would highly recommend this race. I'm not a fast runner, but I felt very much part of it.
Love it .. great event..
Its a massive challenge with the hills. But i love it.
The views are fantastic. The striders team are amazing.. welcoming and encouraging cant ask for anymore

Clive Robinson
As usual an enjoyable and well run event
Lovely course with a few hills, but nothing too hard, nice cafe on site, free massages avail from the Oast afterwards, home made cakes, lovely, rare double-sided medal, free water bottle, plenty of water stations, friendly atmosphere, recommended!

Great Event and Great Route apart from them HILLS
I know that you said in your emails that registration was at the cafe, but for someone who has never been there before I feel there was a lack of signage pointing first timers to where the cafe is from the car park... Other than that it was a great day and a lovely medal

VERY TOUGH COURSE
The course was extremely difficult especially with multiple hills and terrain
Not recommended for any beginner to do
