Whether 10K is a challenge you've always wanted to take on, you're ready to clock up 50K across the month, or 100K sounds like exactly the kind of questionable life choice you enjoy making - choose the challenge that's right for you.

You can:
•    Run or walk
•    Complete it indoors or outdoors
•    Do it in one big effort
•    Break it into as many sessions as you like
•    Complete it anywhere in the world

Remember: it's not about how long you take — it's how you finish that matters.

RUNNING FOR SOMETHING BIGGER

The Big Ballsy Run is designed to make you laugh, get you moving and give you an excellent excuse to earn a ridiculous medal.

But there's a serious reason we're talking bollocks.

The Big Ballsy Run supports The Robin Cancer Trust, the UK’s only charity dedicated to testicular, ovarian and germ cell cancer. The charity’s mission is to raise awareness of testicular cancer as early detection can save lives. 

Around 2,400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK every year, and it is the most common cancer in young men.

We want more people to know their bodies, recognise potential signs and symptoms and feel confident seeking medical advice when something doesn't feel right.

Sometimes starting those conversations takes something a little different!

Fundraising is optional. The difference it makes isn't.

You don't have to fundraise to take part in the Big Ballsy Run. But if you'd like to make your challenge count for even more, we'd love you to raise whatever you can for The Robin Cancer Trust.

Every pound raised helps The Robin Cancer Trust educate and engage more people from delivering life-saving awareness talks, educating young people about the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer and providing cancer support packs to those facing diagnosis.

Complete your 10K, 50K or 100K challenge and you'll receive the exclusive Big Ballsy Run 2026 finisher's medal.

And yes, you're going to have to earn it.

Once you've completed your challenge, simply submit your evidence following the instructions we'll send you and your medal will be posted to your home address. Please read the race instructions that will be sent to you after booking.

2. DO IT YOUR WAY
Run, walk or combine the two throughout November. One session or multiple sessions — it's your challenge.

3. PROVE YOU'VE GOT THE BALLS
Submit your completion evidence using the instructions we'll send you after registration.

4. EARN YOUR BALLS
Challenge complete. Medal earned. Bragging rights secured.

The Big Ballsy Run is open to all abilities, and full participant instructions will be sent to you after registration.
