The multi-lapped 10k leads you through undulating tree lined paths and rewards your efforts at Haddington Hill, the highest point in the Chilterns, offering breathtaking and panoramic vistas across a landscape steeped in ancient history.
Rain or shine, it's designed to test your legs without dampening your spirit, delivering a tough yet completely achievable push that ends with an unbeatable feeling of I did it! Perfect for beginners, active families or seasoned runners seeking a test, Wendover's vibrant trails draw runners back year after year. Come line up in the forest and earn your view.

Route Information
The route can be a muddy one but the trails are superbly maintained by the Forestry. The course has a mix of terrain from hard packed, well drained trail to some single path trails of the slightly more muddy variety (depending on the weather!). The trees in this ancient woodland are utterly magnificent making this unmissable autumn run full of rich colours and golden light.

By Car... From Wendover - take the B4009 towards Tring, take the right hand turn approximately one mile north of RAF Halton, signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards. The main entrance will be found on the right.
From the A41 - take the Wendover exit and take the B4009 towards Aston Clinton. Take the first left towards Wendover. After approximately half a mile take a left turn signposted Wendover Woods and St Leonards.
By Public Transport... Local buses will take you as far as Halton. Chiltern Line runs a regular service to Wendover from Marylebone train station.
There will be plenty of parking onsite for both runners and spectators.
