Nice race - good overall
Better bag drop facilities. Poor provision to leave anything - even when the finish line was in the same place as the start. No facility to leave anything - other than without supervision which is unsatisfactory due car keys etc etc

Very enjoyable race and great atmosphere and local encouragement
The start needs to be staggered in wave times as this was dangerous from faster runners weaving through the start and potentially tripping or nudging someone to a fall. More Toilets at the start please.
Martin Wood

I'll be back next year!

Always enjoyable
I wish organisers would stagger start times more as I found it far too crowded at the start of the race.

Excellent Race
Loved the race , brilliantly organised . Only comments are please add some more toilets and could you add a water station at the 5k mark . The medals are great and the giveaways were a really nice touch . Thank you it was great :)

Organisation could have been better
I felt there was a lack of toilet facilities and the start was very congested, I was unsure when the actual race had started as it took a long time to get moving, other events I have participated in started in waves to ease the congestion.

Fantastic run for beginners or seasoned

Beauty and brawn
This easy out-and-back course affords lots of time to enjoy the seaside scenery without sacrificing performance. Ray Johnson’s team, backed by Saga, Church & Dwight, and the rest of the sponsors, gave another smashing race experience that was easy to navigate and well managed. MC Kevin Daly kept racers and supporters hyped with his personal brand of engaging commentary at the Start/Finish. And the weather played along fantastically with an early morning shower that cooled the route pre-race, followed by a light breeze and a bright but not too sunny competition. Afterwards, as always, was a perfect afternoon of cooling off and filling up at the nearby Harbour Arm and Goods Yard.

Really enjoyed this race out and back and completely flat

Flat & Fun.
A well organised event with lovely marshalls.
Kurtis Cunningham
Amazing race
Only thing I noticed was you had a water station at 2k but by 5k o was dying for a drink again. Maybe do a drink station at 2 & 4k.
Other than that amazing day amazing medal
Louisa McGinn
Crowded first few kms, but overall a lovely race
More toilets at the start please!
