Needs far more toilets. Current provision in unacceptable, particularly for female runners. Relying on village hall facilities is a joke. At least 10 extra portable loos are needed.

Not enough toilets. Number collection was chaotic and u couldn’t see where the initials were. Marshals were a bit mute. Took too long to do the medal presentations and results took too long BUT all being said it was a good event. The parking was good, nice hall to wait in and leave bag, lovely flat course (except the hill at 9k) so potentially a PB course. Would recommend but could be better.

Not enough toilets and long queues for cafe/bbq, marshals could be better spaced out. However, excellent course and atmosphere.

I think you need to hire toilets next year and improvement needed at registration

Toilets shambles !!

The toilet provision was inadequate for the number of people. I understand it is normal for toilets to be busy leading up to the start of the race, but queuing started way before this. Only 5 toilets available for women, 3 were also available to men, and one of these did not flush.

Please use this course again for the Essex 10k champs. So much better than the chaos at Southend last year. Thank you to all who were involved in the organisation

Please look into additional toilets at race hq. Limited access for the number of entries. Long queues with many runners close to missing the start.

Nice mostly flat course, very quiet roads. Plenty of parking. Totally insufficient toilet provision.

Great route on quiet back roads. Sneaky hill at 9km. Nice tshirt. Hope to do again.

Ran out of water on course which was a shame .

This was a lovely race, but there was only one water station, around the 4-5k mark which ran out of water very quickly.
I informed the marshal immediately after the water station that there was no water available, and asked a couple of marshals after that if there was any water, but there was no water available until the end. I would have thought marshals would have had phones or radios so that they could have organised some water for anyone finishing around 59 minutes plus. If there is no provision to provide water for all runners, the race pack should inform people to carry their own water. This unfortunately spoilt an otherwise good race experience for me.

The only thing that let this race down for me, was that when I arrived at the Water Station, they were packing up and no water was available. I know that I am not the fastest runner, but there were quite a few behind me, who also would of gone without water.
