Thank you for a great running weekend, it was great from a racing point of view, family participation and watching and we will be back next year!

Highly recommend the Mid Sussex Marathon Weekend. Such a well organised event, with fantastic marshal and crowd support. Felt a bit nervous as this was my first time here and I didn’t know what to expect, but absolutely no need, everyone so friendly and I’m very tempted to make a return appearance next year! Well done Nice Work!

Well organised, great atmosphere and plenty of fab and encouraging stewards along the clearly marked route.

Thank you for organising such an AMAZING event. The marshalls were great & the organisation was fantastic. I really appreciated the fact that I could choose to sign up to each event on the day & still complete a marathon - great for people like me who wanted to see how they felt at the end of each day before signing up to the next day.

The organisation, volunteers and the general public was fantastic! Thank you to Mark and all the people working the events - I thoroughly enjoyed them (will do all three next year! But 2 / 3 was a good first effort!). I was also pleasantly surprised by the public’s support and encouragement.

Pleasant course, helped by good weather. Thanks are due to the large team of cheerful marshals.

Really lovely shady woodland stretches that are a joy to run.
Good atmosphere and good support all round the route. Very clear route and well marshalled.
Convenient for Haywards Heath Station.

Be good to make the route to the finish line clearer, loads of runners including me found it hard to see where to go. Easy to rectify.

I'm being very picky but maybe a few more options for post race snacks.

Be helpful to have a covered bag drop at Haywards Heath, just in case day 3's rain arrived a day early!

Everything was well arranged. East Grinstead was my favourite out of the three. Having use of the Rugby Club was great. No need for portaloo's.

For q2. Only rated good as parts of Haywards Heath route are a bit bland.

For q6. The event was V friendly and a treat spirited. The terrain particularly on days 1 & 3 might be too much/disheartening for newer runners
