Fun and challenging
The toilets on course were well received but could perhaps have been better signposted.
The 1hr 50 pacers were sooooo fast!!
The traffic management on St John’s Road was not as good as previous years with parts of the road leaving runners more exposed to traffic with little segregation.

Fantastically organised race
First time doing Tunbridge Wells half got me today. The race was so well organised, everything from start to finish. The marshalls were fantastic, plenty of water stations and lovely medal. The route is very scenic. Great value for money.
Nick Copeland

Facilities were amazing, I’ve done this race many times and the organisation is always superb
Colette McBride
Very scenic and enjoyable
My first half marathon and really enjoyed it. Plenty of support from the Marshalls, clear signage and well organised event. A little hilly in parts but a great challenge all the same.
Rich Callaway
i thought the race was fantastically organised and the marshalls around the whole course were great ! many thanks to everyone involved .
Chris Crouch
Booked this last minute and it was a great atmosphere throughout. The Fordcombe Hill was really tough but the overall experience was great.

Amazing support from start to finish.
I was anxious about the 3hr cut off, my previous 1/2 pb being 3hr 20mins.
I spoke to the race director by email in advance, and we agreed I could start half an hour early to allow myself a time cushion.
I ended up finishing in 3hr 12 mins, a new PB for me on a tough course! Delighted by the support offered, given and so grateful for the opportunity to participate. Thank you.
Gerald Shortland
Brilliant.
Very well managed and marshalled.

I wish I trained running up hills
I found the down hill parts of the course very enjoyable indeed. Especially the big long downhill section, modern day running shoes give you a real bounce. The next section going back up the valley, nearly put me in hospital!
The marshals and all the whole event was really well put together, definitely a course I'll do again!

James Hobden
Perfect
Perfect route, challenging but so worth it at the end and lots of support all around the route which was a real bonus
hannah mitchell
Very well organised event as ever.
Niamh Brooks
Really well
Andy Willmott
Holly and challenging, but worth it!
Adrian Jackson
Well organised, enjoyed the challenges, lucky to have it local to me!
For those not wearing bone conduction headphones I would like to hear more music locations on route, music is great to push you on! Maybe some toilets provided nearer the start line, for that 'last minute dash'. Overall a great running event.
James Collett
Good course, wel organised, good fast field
Lennard van Diggelen
A Scenic route with a good running crowd!
Challenging route but worth it
Nice country lanes, fast downhills, tough climbs. Great test of spring training fitness. Good range of runners makes this an event with a community feel to it.
