As spring unfurls into summer, get ready for another spellbinding edition of the Ashford Striders Charing 10k!

Overview
A Friday evening race event with a heartwarming community vibe that all the family can enjoy. This race takes advantage of the lighter summer evenings and provides a spellbinding route through the pretty Kent village of Charing, exploring country lanes towards Estwell and a stretch along the Pilgrims Way. The Ashford Striders welcome and encourage runners of all abilities so there's no cut off time and fantastic support from the local community and marshals there to spur you through every twist, turn and incline to the finish.

Parking
Please note, car parking will NOT be available on the Charing Playing Fields. 
Instead, parking has been arranged in a field close to Race HQ and will be available from 17:00.
Please follow signs and marshal instructions.

A reminder that there will be NO PARKING ALLOWED on The Moat.
If you park elsewhere in the village, please observe all parking restrictions.
Please park considerately and do not block junctions, pedestrian areas or driveways.

By Train/Bus:
Charing Train Station is around half a mile away from the playing fields. There are also local bus services available.
