Overview
The course is a challenging 15 mile, multi-terrain course. Incorporating sections of the 2012 Olympic Mountain Bike course, Canvey Island sea wall and Hadleigh Downs. Including muddy and slippery off-road surfaces. The course is not suitable for spikes or wheelchair competitors.

Important Event Information
• This is a cup-less race and whilst water will be supplied at the water stations, no disposable cups of any kind will be provided at the Benfleet 15. Instead, runners will be required to bring their own receptacle to the race or purchase one of the reusable cups available to buy via pre-order or at the race (cash only). It is essential that runners keep their own receptacle / reusable cup with them throughout the event and do not discard their reusable cups after use.

•  We ask that our runners do not change in the cafe or toilets and ensure that footwear is worn at all times inside the cafe.
