Not such a big hill at the end please

The only downside was a flippant comment from a male marshall at the bottom of the zig zag path coming up to the finish, so approx 14 - 14.5 miles in. Who quite proudly announced "you have had it easy this year, its normally much worse" now I dont think anybody finds this event "easy" and when you are tired, wet, muddy and facing the finish mountain, its not what you want to hear.

Fourth time I think. Love this event

Wind, bog, ice and water. Not to mention some b*stard hills and climbs! Great workout and achievement. Great Race!

Well organised and supported event

Be kinder to the environment... no plastic cups and no plastic bags around the medals!

Marshals were super!

The use of plastic cups and associated debris needs a thorough review. I took my own water to avoid using cups.
At all stations there were cups thrown away by competitors and being blown in the wind. Marshals should be empowered to DQ anyone found littering even at stations.

Only one negative which was the bottleneck caused by having to go through 2 kissing gates early in the race. It didn't spoil the event but would have been better without this.
All race marshalls, officials, and volunteers were great, very supportive, and encouraging throughout the course. Well done team. Fantastic event.

Be comfortable with cross country conditions and steep hills. Great event!
