East Coast Hospice – East Coast Santa Dash  Festive Fun For Everyone!

Taking place from 10.30am on Sunday 15th December on the Gorleston Promenade, this event is the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit whilst raising Fantastic Festive Funds for the East Coast Hospice appeal.

There is something for everyone with a 2k Santa Dash, Jog, Walk or Skip the choice is yours! Or you could choose up the pace and set yourself a challenge before indulging in festive delights and treats and take your place in the 5K race race along the Gorleston cliff top and promenade area route with professional chip timing by Nice Work.
11 - 15 year old category in the 5k!

Free Santa Hats for all entrants at start of race and souvenir medal for all finishers

Goody bags for child entrants and 5K Runners on completion

Prizes kindly donated from local businesses for 5k winners.

The Course
The route follows a two-lap course along the flat Gorleston Cliffs.

First Aid
St John Ambulance or an alternative medical provider will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.
