This two lap off road course uses the footpaths, fields and trails in the park - and is suitable for both experienced runners and beginners alike. Please be aware that if the weather conditions are poor, you may find parts of the course wet and/or muddy! Those doing the 2.5 mile fun run will complete one lap of the course.
St John Ambulance will be in attendance on the day and the course will be marshalled to provide assistance. There will also be a sweep marshal following the race to ensure that nobody is left behind and that all runners are accounted for.
Your individual time and position will be recorded by your electronic chip. We will endeavour to display results as they come into the race centre. Presentations will take place approximately 45 minutes after the first finisher.
Results will be uploaded to www.nice-work.org.uk as soon as possible after the race. All entrants that have supplied a valid and legible email address will receive a copy of the results as soon as possible after the race.

" It was a great fun day in horizontal rain in a near mud bath, dressed as ill fitting Santa. I came second to last, but wouldnt have it anyother way. What fun! I do hope they do it again next year. Great for beginners to up their mileage. Super happy marshalls and mince pies and Mulled Wine to finish. Happy Christmas! (oh and the medal is possibly the prettiest medal of my whole hoard)"
